Hello Dear Ones,

While we are no longer doing the Sunday morning Silent Meditations, you can join with us on Zoom for Sunday Talks, 9:00 am EST-Florida time.

Each week we cover a topic that either I or one that someone has requested.  After the talk, there is then time for comments and questions.

The links to the Sunday Talks can be found at the www.marynoack.com website and you can join from there without an email from me.  Also, be sure to have your mic off as you enter the Zoom room. You can turn it on later for questions.
